Brought iPhone in for repair, got a deep breath and a sigh from attendant. Asked him what his issue was and he snapped about the screen being pulled off partially. Just a reminder you work to fix phones, the phone belongs to me. Shut up and fix the phone dude, can you imagine getting such an attitude bringing in your car? Unbelievably horrible service. Chose to go elsewhere

I paid 200$ to have my screen replaced. It was not installed properly and the screen cracked because of it 3 days later. They said it was not covered under warranty because it was now cracked (but not my fault! ) screen constantly coming unattached from the frame and one bump and the screen is all messed up. I will never use them again. I used the one in smyrna once and was unhappy- should have known it would be the same way at this location.
I was out of town working on a volunteer project when I saw this shop in a plaza. I popped in and simply asked, "I have an event in an hour, can you fix my broken screen in that time?" He told me what it would cost and assured me he could get it done. The price was a little more than my hometown would've charged, but they always take forever! I was extremely satisfied with his speedy service, and for me it was worth the price difference. Thanks Steven! You went above and beyond. I know I came in only about an hour before you closed and you still took care of me. Thank you so much!
