I bought a storage box online and paid for it in full. I anticipated picking it up a couple of days later. Well, life happens, and I didn't have my truck for pickup. Then I completely forgot about it. Today I received the nicest, most polite text with a picture of my order asking if I had picked it up yet. I immediately replied "no" but I very much appreciated them following up. I again received another text back from Dee Ann thanking ME and wishing me a good eclipse viewing. What a delightful experience. THAT is great customer service!
The bakery staff at this Nashville location have a can do attitude. They aim to please and hit the mark. Their efforts made our party center piece everything I wanted it to be and more!
Check-out seemed a little troubling. Not sure if they had a bunch of new clerks training for the holidays, or what. Prices are a wee bit higher than Costco in most departments. Better phone and computer/electronics section at Sam's. Food court needs modernization.
Great! I had a potluck luncheon at work next day, and I don't cook! So I needed a dessert and help picking best option for potluck. I couldn't decide on scoop cake flavor. An employee straightning the back area saw my indecision and came over to help. She had tried all 5 flavors and was able to give a description of the taste of each (rich, not lemony, very crunchy etc.,) verses what looks prettiest! Did I want pretty or ugly and yummy! I went with ugly and yummy. There were empty open registers available 30 min before closing so checkout was fast too.
Staff is eager to help, much better selection, and more than just 2 check out lanes are open. The best Sam's I've been to!
