The sams club photo Dept is the source of my anger and frustration every single Christmas. The employees don't seem to care. They're probably jaded from being berated by irrate customers all day. Last year my Christmas cards were suppose to be printed in 24 hours, three weeks and three trips to sams I cancelled the order had had them ready at Walgreens in less than a day. This year the machine was once again down and all the orders had to be reentered (same story as last year) so I cancelled my order immediately this time. The customer in front of me even received an email that her order was ready and had made a special trip. The associate told her that was an automated email and she should wait on a real call. This Dept is completely inadequate. Don't waste your time, save yourself some frustration and go to elsewhere.
