I had a wonderful experience with Carpet Technologies! They came out to my house to clean my carpets. They were amazing! They were on time, respectful, friendly, and best of all, great at removing the stains on my floors. I would highly recommend these guys! Excellent service in every way.

Avoid this carpet cleaner. They quote one price for pick up and delivery but then charge differently even though they were I formed of the exact location and were questioned twice about the price. They also tell you your rug will be returned in 7 to 10 days and then keep it for 21 days. Owner is polite but office staff was very rude on the phone and even hung up on me when I inquired as to why it was taking so long. And worse yet the $3,500 Karastan rug was returned to me with a horrible stretched wrinkle right down the middle where it had been hung inappropriately over a pole to dry for so long. On a good note it does look clean....if you don't trip over tbe huge hump.
Great company. Nicole was very helpful in scheduling and the owner even got on the phone to help me diagnose a rug issue. The guys that came out to clean the carpet did a great job too. Stains gone! Highly recommend!
