Worst experience! Did not deliver clothes on time as requested and agreed upon. Clerks have no customer service training and act like they could care less! Manager doesn't even have courtesy to call after two requests. Thinks just giving a discount will make it better! It is not all about money, it is about commitment and customer service. There is a cleaners on every corner so service is your only differentiator! I would recommend anywhere but here!
