I've used Gates for years. Their customer service is incredible. They'll stay open way past closing time just to make sure I get my shirts. Best cleaners in Franklin!
Not only did they lose my jacket but it took them two weeks to admit it. They promised to call and never did - I had to keep going into remind them. Finally they said they lost it and the reason was they were too busy to look for it. Well perhaps they need less customers so they can run the business properly.
Has had many complaints to BBB, their doors should be closed.

Services not delivered when promised. Awful customer service and would not admit fault. Incorrectly charged for services. Will never go back. They yelled at me and told me I had to pay or they would call police. Extremely rude staff.
When I dropped off my shirts, they gave me a ticket that had a price on it. When I went to pick up my shirts, they tried to charge me much more. They would not honor their original price. They were incredibly rude to me - yelling at me and tossing around the clothes I had just had laundered. They refused to give me my clothes until I paid the "new" price.
