Can't say enough good things about my experience! Educated & professional employee helped me knock out a repair to my upright vacuum in less than 2 days & I ended up also picking up an Oreck Air Response air purifier, which has worked 3X better than I could have expected.

I went in to the Oreck store in cool springs because my vacuum cleaner would not turn on at all. I didn't really know what to do to fix it or even if I could fix it. They checked it in and called me the next day and said it was working great and I didn't have to pay for it at all! I was shocked! Thanks Alex and everyone there, you truly understand good customer service!
I went in with a competitor vacuum in need of help because it made a horrible noise. Alex made me feel comfortable right away and was not offended that I had entered his store with a competitor vacuum. He knew immediately upon hearing it, that it was the clutch and explained about the repair and cost. When he got into the unit he was able to repair without replacing. I was so pleased. A man of integrity, he didn't charge me for a new clutch or try and sale me a vacuum (although his loyal customers in the store did while I was waiting.) He fixed it on the spot and I was out the door and on my way. What a great experience and my next vacuum will be an Oreck that I purchase from Alex. I've already picked it out!

He found the right vacuum to fit my needs and took my old vacuum as a trade to give me a great deal. I would definitely recommend Oreck, the entire team and especially Alex.
