I've been using Shins Cleaners for years, and they have consistently provided the absolutely best customer service. I have no idea if they are the cheapest or most expensive place in Franklin, and it doesn't matter to me...the owners and staff always greet me with a smile, they've often gone above and beyond to provide me great service, and you can easily tell they work hard and care about keeping my business. They've earned my business and my trust, and I'll continue to use them exclusively.
I had read other favorable reviews, so I decided to give them a try. For me, the place was a little hard to find, but once I did, the staff there were very nice. I needed a men's suit and shirt done quickly to be ready for a funeral, and they were happy to expedite it for me. I gave it to them close to closing time, and they had it ready for me by noon the next day. I felt their prices were affordable.
But the thing that blew me away is that I had apparently left $40 cash in the pocket of the shirt. They could have easily taken it. I would never have known. But they put it in a bag for me and gave it to me when I picked up my clothes. Wow. Nice to know there are still people in the world with real integrity.
Great and friendly service. Quick alteration to a dress shirt. I will definitely come back!
