When we went to look at the vehicle, it was exactly as it had been described online and in the photos and was in great condition. Leny was great to work with. He was extremely helpful and friendly and was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. The whole process from arriving at the dealership to purchasing and driving the car off the lot took about 1.5 hours, which included a 20+ minute long test drive. There was absolutely no pressure at all and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no sitting and waiting for extended periods of time like we have experienced at other dealerships.
Alexander Automotive Franklin is really a good place to purchase a car. I purchased a Saturn Aura XE, 2009 Model, with 114k miles on it. General Motors stopped this brand in 2009. But it was my good decision. Tommy Pinson, really helped me a lot in exploring this car, he is a very good Sales Manager. Now, its been 1.5 year since I bought this car, and its 129k miles on it, and I didn't spend a single dollar (other than Oil change and servicing :-)). I now have a good trust on this dealer and I refer many people time to time.

Quick and easy car buying experience. Exactly what I was looking for. I was shopping around for a used Honda CRZ and there was a few in the area, but it was most competitively priced here, and with the lowest miles I'm the price range. Lenny showed me the car and was very helpful and not pushy at all. He made sure to keep in contact with me through calls, text and email. Even with my busy schedule he was able to help me through the process, making sure I was kept updated. The financial side was just as quick and easy. Morgan and I settled on a fair price for each of us and he was able to fill out all the paperwork fast, I had come back with my check and left in no more than a half hour with my car.
