Just had the best experience at Ford Lincoln of Franklin. The salesman we worked with, Nathan, got us a great deal on a used car. Everyone we came in contact with there was great and the car has been awesome thus far. Would absolutely recommend buying from this dealership because of their friendly staff and outstanding reputation.
When buying a “new” used vehicle, the Sales staff did a great job of finding the right truck for our family and budgetary needs. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I even had to return the first one I bought because it wouldn’t fit in the garage, but they made it right even though they didn’t technically have to. I never write reviews, but a big thanks to Les, Hayne, Tim and the whole staff for the great experience! I hate buying cars, but these guys earned my trust. I won’t shop anywhere else.
The web site was very easy to navigate and very informative about each car we looked at.Then when we made the appointment to go to the dealership they were very accommodating to my needs. They were all friendly and made the car buying experience much more enjoyable for us than past experiences. My very favorite part was that we had picked out the car we wanted online before going and they just respected that and didn't just try pushing something else on us. Nathan Thurman was great to deal with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone trying to buy a car. Thank You All Very Much.

Haven't been able to get a rattle corrected after 3 visits to their service department. 1st time in, they took a chunk out of my tire and scratched up my rim. They weren't going to say anything until I noticed it. After I spoke to the service manager they gave me a new tire and fixed the rim. Now, after 3 visits, they can't seem to fix a rattle in the speaker and definitely didn't test it after the "fix." It is a new SUV that I bought from them. They did manage to charge me $132 for a needed alignment while "fixing the rattle."
Update: they kept it 5 additonalm days and still did not fix the rattle. I called the owner over 7 days ago, but no return call. I am filing a complaint with Lincoln and will try a different dealer.
I will say that the folks at Ford Lincoln of Franklin have gained a customer for life. I decided to purchase my next truck from them because of the great service I received from the few times I brought my vehicle in for work. Dealerships never provide good service, but not so with these guys. Didn’t rip me off either.
I called the owner four (4) days ago, but haven't yet gotten a call back. (The service manager (Justin) is very good - would give him 5 stars, but the folks that actually work on the vehicles....only 1 star.
