Update: We're days from our first payment and haven't received a bill/statement or anything from a bank or from Kia... I have however gotten a slew of emails from Franklin Kia wanting me to tell them what I think/rate them/recommend them to friends. I've emailed, phoned, and chatted online with Franklin Kia needing this information and haven't received any follow up correspondence.
After heated argument we ended up with another vehicle with an almost comparable financing plan, but higher purchase price. We still opted for the lease, but I've never been more angry in my life!
I'am very pleased. The staff is very friendly and patient,this was so true a month,but since they have their money from me,I have called several times because I have some concerns on my vehicle, but NO RETURN CALLS,when I finally got the manager he assured me,he would call me back the next day @1:30, I'm still waiting on that call, I will never do business or send any business to Kia In Franklin
Excellent help in buying a used Ford truck and a new Kia Optima. Elizabeth was courteous and efficient. The deal was as smooth and fair as any car I've ever bought.
What a wonderful experience from Natalie,she immediately called me the next day, sent me a personal video of vehicles I described online, to Jesus, who patiently assisted me through me changing my mind on vehicles. To the fiance Dept. Timothy, who walked me through the entire process,answered all my questions.
Most likely we'll complete the lease and turn the vehicle in, then go to another more reputable dealer with less runaround.
11/20/17: I'm very on the fence about this dealership. Did the whole back-and-forth wheeling and dealing with the salesman and the manager and ended up getting a great deal on a car we wanted to lease the next day.
The people at Franklin Kia were very helpful. The used car that we bought from them was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Alex especially for being so kind and helpful!
We signed a deal on the vehicle and then were informed that they couldn't lease the vehicle to us, that the previous owner of the dealership had already reported the vehicle sold (gotten the dealer incentives). Frankly, not my problem.
Beware. I had a interview with these people and the guy wasn't even there. This is the service department btw. No email, phone call or anything.. So this is how they treat possible future employees. I can only imagine how a customer will be treated. Good luck getting your car fixed. Maybe they'll be there maybe not.
