We now have two Hondas in our family. Credit the Service Team, in particular, Brandon Tidwell for that. The customer experience is great every time I go there, and my Honda Pilot is always well taken care of. The service is always great, and when it came to getting another car, it made sense to buy it at Waltrip, and have it serviced there as well. I really hope that they never change at Waltrip, and continue to provide the level of excellence they offer, and now, what I use as a benchmark in premium service and satisfaction

We are busy people and didn't have the time nor the inclination to play normal car dealership games... thankfully we found our Armada at Darrell Waltrip! Price was nice and Quanda, the sales professional understood our time concerns. The whole deal was pain-free and fast. Thanks to everyone for understanding that our time is valuable and working to deliver a top-notch buying experience!

I was the first guy in the line for serving my car. They said they changed policy and not doing first come first serve anymore. I had to take apppointment otherwise they are not even ready to give estimation. If there is change in policy, why can't they keep display in front of the door or email. They send tons of email for service reminder, not for policy change. On top of all that, I have seen many who didn't show up for appointments, still they can't squeeze me in. People are rude and respect where you bought the car from. I wish I could give zero rating for people and their head weight.

People are rude and place sucks! Stay away!!

Made a appointment to have air bags replaced due to a manufacturing factory recall. Said it would take only one day. Was given a rental car to use which was nice to use. After 24 hours called to inquire about the status of my car. Was told it has not been worked on yet.. What was the point of the appointment?... Told them I was going out of town and would be taking the free rental car.... 15 minutes later was told my car would be ready by 6pm.. Imagine that.....

My appointment was at 8:15am and my car needed an oil change. I brought my own oil and told them nothing else needed to be done as my car just had a 200,000 mile check up a week before, even the filter was changed so all they had to do is drain the old oil and put in the new. I left there at about 10:05am. Very disappointed in the length of time it took with an appointment. All the employees were very customer service friendly but I was told if I had an appointment, it wouldn't take as long and mine was nearly the first one of the day. There were extra representative stations set up to check people in but they really need more in the service area.
