This is my first day to this place and I have already lost the trust on them.

This review is in relation to the service my niece received after purchasing one of their higher end SUVs. I have to rate as 1 star as I cannot rate as zero stars or lower. Ever since day one she has had issues with the navigation and extra technology devices that came with her new vehicle. She has contacted them several times with no satisfactory resolutions. And no one with the dealership will work with her to figure out what is going on or offer to have the vehicle repaired or replaced. She has made several trips to the dealership but with no results of satisfying or correcting the issues. She has videoed the issues as she states that they cannot reproduce the issues. After all the trips to the dealership and the time the vehicle has been there it should be declared a LEMON but they refuse to assist her with any remediation. All she would like is to have a dependable and reliable vehicle that a new vehicle offers and based on her experience and frustration level I would never be able to do business with this dealership. She would like to express her frustration with the owner of the "family" dealership but no one will contact her or give her that information so she could speak with them.

I was asking the reason promptly to provide me the explanation why it was marked as "Yellow" his (X) simple answer was that was the information his technical provided after inspection. I was totally upset and now I'm not sure all the other information they provided was true.

After a year of having had major medical issues and missing work and damaged credit due to that, this dealership made my dream come true getting into a high end used Infiniti (it’s gorgeous).

I am not a bot or paid to write this - these guys are one of a kind in the auto industry and want the world/ our market to know to go see them. They can help when no one else can!

I hope they realize that this is not what their customers should expect or have to experience when purchasing a new vehicle.

Lost trust on Hyundai of cool springs after first visit.

I requested him to fill the information for my vehicle. Once he is back I saw they marked all as green and my tires on yellow condition which is impossible as I have replaced all with brand new tires last week.

Even when I asked him "I would like to understand where he found fault on all 4 tires" his answers was the same and he didn't move an inch to go back and check why it was marked as yellow.

Based on the reviews here I chose it for my car service today as I don't have any other appointments this week. I have dropped my office meetings today to get this work done.

I don't want to mention that person name and corner him. I would tell whole Hyundai service team.

Extremely great employees! It was a great experience! They’re work with you with whatever your price range is! There is no other dealership or car lot like them! I extremely recommend this dealership!

From sales (Kim) to finance (Mark) to the GM (Frank) - each one is amazing.

I normally go to the Downtown Hyundai but since they couldn't fit me in until a month out I decided to call the Cool Springs location. I had a tail light out which the Downtown Hyundai had jiggled the wiring and it worked temporarily they told me it was a wiring issue. Well I went to Cool Springs and they found out it was the light bulb, they replaced it for $16 and they even went a step further by washing my car!!! Downtown Hyundai does not do this. Both locations the people are very kind though and will try to give discounts wherever possible.

After the service was over they provided me the receipt and multi point inspection checklist which was not filled.

Soon after they inspected my vehicle they showed me filters condition and the replacement option and I was happy on that approach. I have waited more than the time they specified which is again acceptable as there could be some delay as always.

I recently worked with Hyundai of Cool Springs and I cannot praise them enough. Literally, I will never even think of buying a car anywhere else - ever.
