The customer service really sucks here. I called last Saturday and could not reach the service department. It just rang and rang. I called back and left a message with a Lady who said "I do not know when they will call you back but it will definitely be today" That never happened. OK I thought, they are probably busy and short staffed on Saturday they will probably call me next week. NOPE. I call back Friday and was put through to who I assume was a manager and told they could answer my warranty questions. Got an answering machine so I left a message. Guess what? No call back. I call back Saturday and speak to a lady who tells me the service department can answer my question about my warranty and got patched through to a guy named Adam who tells me I need to bring it in before he can tell me if it is under warranty. I tell him that assuming it is the oil pressure sensor like the code says can he please tell me if it is under warranty. He is still trying to pressure me to come in but finally he says sure, hold on. 30 minutes later I am still on hold and I realized he did not ask me for my name, mileage or vin number? How is he going to tell me if it is under warranty???? I called back and was not in a good mood and I spoke with a nice lady who answered all my questions in less than 5 minutes including giving me a price on replacing the part. Now why was this so hard?? Honestly I appreciate her helping me but I can never ever in good conscious let them work on my Jeep. Not after the service and response I got. Just can't do it and wont. I also will never ever buy another car from this dealership. I only expect the same service I would give to my customers. No more. A simple call back could have prevented my anger and frustration.
I am writing this review in regards to the service at this dealership. First, I love my new Jeep and took it in 12/17/2017 for its first service (4 are free within the first 2 years). I got there early and waited and oil changes and tire rotations are first come first serve. I was 3rd in line waiting for them to open at 7:00 AM. After waiting, when I got into the bay - I was told my Jeep takes 20/50 oil and their gun was not working and they were expecting parts around noon because it had been broken from the previous day. I was asked if I wanted to wait. They did not have any oil in bottles despite being down for some time on this issue. I got up early on my day off and wasted 30 minutes before I was out of there. They are very unorganized - glad I had this incident before I needed anything real complex. I would not recommend this dealer and I recommend you seek service elsewhere as they have no clue how to run a service department. Anyone with any service skill would have sent a runner out for a few cases of oil nearby (several places) and took care of their customers - not this poorly managed place. I won't waste my time here again.
I also want to give a shout out to Rodney in finance who found us a great loan and made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner.
I love my new Durango and we will be so happy to bring our business back to this dealership and Eric time and time again.
The service department took our appointment for a re-call repair and radio repair the next morning. At 9am that morning when we dropped it off, the service department quoted us 3-4 hours. At 3:30pm, we got a call letting us know they may or may not get to it today because they've had a lot of work come in. In other words, they took other cars in before us, lied to us about the timeline when we left it or had no business making the appointment with us to begin with. In the meantime, my husband has without his vehicle for the whole day for no reason. We will not take our vehicle back again as they do not know how to schedule or be honest with their customers up-front about their scheduling.
My husband and I are so impressed with this dealership. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them and we will be back again for a third when our son starts driving. Eric Williams is our sales specialist and he is incredibly professional. Eric is a true customer advocate and we will continue buying our vehicles from him as long as he’s selling them.
Mother of God. Where to start. I came here on recommendation of a friend that works at a sister dealership. The salesman, David, was amazing. No push. No craziness. Everything after that has just been difficult. The finance process took hours. Hours of being talked down to or just plain ignored. I left my car on another day for protection I paid for and a thorough cleaning. Cleaning didn't happen and they had my car trapped when I came to pick it up. Never received the survey to express any opinion. And now I am here for the required timely oil change for my warranty and I have to wait for longer than an hour. Why did you ask that I make an appointment? We will not be purchasing our next car here.
