Highly recommend! Steve helped me find the perfect car and provided honest advice. He made the process so painless and easy. After we had finished paper work and were about to leave Steve and the service crew spotted a small dent(I would have never noticed) and he let me know about it and apologized they didn’t find it earlier and stated they will of course take care of it.
I liked the fact that with CarMax I had access to any car in their system, which multiplied the number of cars I could normally choose from. The sales rep was patient and polite. After picking out a handful of cars he helped me narrow the selection to two. After a short period the two cars arrived, I test drove them and purchased one. I've had it for nearly three months and I like my car more than any I've ever owned. (I'm 67).
