The best car buying experience we have ever had. This dealership worked very hard to find us the right financing and was truly honest with us during the whole process. I just can't say enough at how wonderful everyone here was to us. We will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle.
This place is an absolute joke! I drive an hour to get there for what I thought was good price that I seen online. Took the vehicle from $44,000 to $55,000. Vehicle is priced online for a certain price with features. Arrive to the dealership and they say all of the stuff is extra and to sell the vehicle as prices online they would have to remove the stuff! Set me up for a test drive and the gas light is on as soon as I start it and the salesman only lets me drive it half a mile before saying turn around. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone! They lost business. I took a former car salesman with me and he called their bluff on a lot of things and they was speechless. I told them I had been to other dealerships already and had gotten quotes on my trade in and they asked why I came to their dealership in first place. I would give zero stars if possible but it will not let me post this without goving one.
Teresa and Ronnie were phenomenal. The team went above and beyond... literally to find the exact Acadia we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our experience here. I'm just amazed at how great the service is here. I had an appointment to get 4 new tires put on my Sierra. On the way to my appointment, I got a flat tire (go figure). I called the dealership and Brandon, the Service Advisor, was really understanding and still let me come in after I got the flat tire changed. When I got there, Brandon and the shop foreman were really kind to me and got my service done as fast as they could, even though I was late for my scheduled appointment. I have told everyone I know this story and am still amazed at the kindness that was shown to me. In the past, I avoided dealerships because I felt that they only wanted my money and didn't have my best interests in mind, but that is definitely not the case with Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC. I will definitely be back for future needs.
Ronnie Bonavita is the most awesome salesperson not only did he get us in the vehicle we wanted he was patient and understanding. He wasn’t like most salesman that pressured you into getting something you don’t want. He is the go to person for all your car needs. The customer service and hospitality of the rest of the staff is exceptional!!!!!!!!!!! I️ could only give him five stars but he deserves
