I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this dealership. Marc was and is my only service advisor and not only kept me in the loop of the entire process by calling,sending emails,text messages, and even providing me with his direct number. He kept me assured that he was on the job. I absolutely would recommend him to any one. King is the Supervisor in the Oil servicing Dept and that guy stayed over just to make sure I was completely satisfied and all of the services that were provided and he has always taken care my baby. I don't see myself ever breaking my loyalty with Infiniti, im sold out!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't bought a car from them but have had them service my cars for several years. There was one time four years ago that my wife and I tried to buy a car but after two hours of them saying they can meet our price then coming back with something twice as much, we left and haven't been back. But as for the service center, they have always taken good care of us and makes sure they do the best job for my vehicles. They don't oversell, but do try to stick close to the recommended maintenance schedule. They aren't the cheapest but after trying many other less expensive places, being able to have a loaner vehicle and full assurance is worth it. I've been in Nashville over 20 years, and I put them up there with the best car care centers in the city.
I bought my red sport here not long ago and I have to say a really great group of guys. They really treated me well and I love my car! They would have done whatever was best for me, in the end my red sport WAS what was best, even then they worked hard for the best deal for me. I bought my first infinity here, this is my second, it’s not my last. Thanks guys for putting up with me, I do love my car!
Great experience having my Infinite OX60 serviced. Jay was a professional excellent service manager. He arranged for a courtesy car and provided timely updates. Loved the text updates that allowed me to review and pay my invoice before I got to dealership. I spent very little time at the dealership which worked great in my busy life. Love Infinite!!
Went in with no expectations and came out with a 2018 Q50. Had a great experience there and Curtis is the guy you need to see. He keeps it real and takes care of you like your family. Excellent place to purchase or lease an exceptional vehicle. Also, John and Alex worked hard to put everything together for me. Dream team!
