This is easily the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. They are totally up front and honest about everything. I know they are held to a high standard, but they go above and beyond at this dealership, and you feel it as a customer. We purchased a used, lesser expensive vehicle, and they treated us like customers want to be treated (like 1st class). My wife and I were actually saying to ourselves, "this is too good of a car buying experience", wondering when or what was going to go sideways. Nothing ever did! Our salesman Jim Sheridan couldn't have been a better salesman. Incredibly personable, professional, courteous and friendly. Most places, after you sign the contract, try to move you out the door as quickly as possible. After signing, Jim came outside and worked with us to show us all of the specific ins and outs of the car (and there are tons). It was important to him that we were comfortable in the car. Every single person we interacted with was not only incredibly professional, but equally and genuinely friendly. It was a quick start to finish, no pressure. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Mercedes of Franklin, TN is truly a first class, 5 star dealership. We will recommend this dealership, and Jim to anybody we know, interested in buying.
I wish the phone service were as professional. I dislike calling a business and given an option of choosing #1, #2, or #3. Or, "Please listen carefully as our menu has changed." As a point of reference, Infiniti and Lexus have live people answer their phone. Is that an indication they care more for their customers?
Beautiful showroom professional well educated staff and sales personnel. Fairly decent stocked vehicles. Pricy repair center! Accommodating and provided loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. Easy to get to. Wheel waiting room with delicious snacks and entertainment :) my favorite. I have purchased a few vehicles from this dealership. I trust them and will continue to give them my business.
My Service Writer, Jeff Mullins is terrific! He did a thorough job of explaining the work done on my 2014 E350 convertible. He also gave me his direct phone number and said to call or text anytime. A true professional.
I just want to give a shout out to Jeff Mullins my service advisor! He made sure that my ML350 was serviced and that I had a vehicle to drive while they took care of mine. He even followed up with me a week later to make sure that everything was taken care of for me. I appreciate that level of customer service.
