I bought a used vehicle for my daughter. While driving it to college a few hours after we bought it, the brakes started acting up. She immediately took it to a dealer in her college town and they fixed the brakes at a cost of around $2,500. They said any decent mechanic would have known this repair was necessary - it was not something that could be missed, and that the vehicle should not have left the Nissan lot without being repaired first. I am still waiting to hear back from Nissan of Cool Springs to confirm that they will reimburse me for the repair, and I will keep you updated and update this review as warranted.

I recently bought a Titan from this dealership. The Titan is great, love the truck. The dealership and buying experience was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They started by telling me a truck that was advertised on their website was $10,000 more than it actually was. They then tried to sell me a truck i didnt want. After i got through that, the rep had no idea about the features of the truck, wasted hours of my time, and I left not knowing anything about the truck. I also feel the whole purchase/finance exchange was very poorly run, very confusing, and rushed as to not provide full clarity. They are proud of the volume they do... that's because their customer service is terrible. This is the second vehicle i have bought from them. This is also the last time i will ever consider a purchase from this dealership.

Houston was polite and professional, but seemed a bit nervous. Maybe he was new; I'm not sure. He started out apologizing that he wasn't very familiar with the make and then listed off what he did know. Maybe when he ran off, he read up on the car, because he seemed knowledgeable on a textbook level of the specs. We drove it and liked the vehicle even more than we expected. But, it was 5 years old, out of warranty and over the price we had set to pay for it. However, in-person, with a check in your hand USED TO mean something to car dealerships. Not anymore, apparently.

That day we bought another vehicle 3 years newer for the price we were offering Nissan. Only two days later I checked the third-party site listing for their vehicle, and they had dropped the price by $1000. But I thought they were already losing money and couldn't drop it? Right!!! Games. I'm going to continue to watch this price fall until they sell it, just to see what the last price is before the listing disappears. I would bet that it sells for right at what we offered the first time.

As far as dealerships go, this one is a pretty good one. We have bought two vehicles from here and get them serviced here regularly. The salesman are respectful and courteous, compared to other car salesman at other dealerships anyway, and the service guys are knowledgeable and not pushy with trying to get you to buy extras. They seem to be pretty fair about informing me of when I need something done to the vehicles and if I don't, they tell me that everything looked good.

Houston started the car dealer tango - where he had to run back to his manager several times during negotiating, returning each time with the same "can't come down" response. He pitched to us the possibility of paying what we had down and financing the rest, which we said from the beginning we didn't want to do. This process ended up taking way too long because he kept trying to hold us up to either get info from us or check with his manager once again. We ended up leaving and only getting to visit one other place because of those games, and ultimately driving home empty-handed.

The next day, before driving another 3+ hours in a different direction to look at other vehicles, I called and offering one final offer, $500 more than the highest I'd given him the previous day. He "checked" and came back with the same response. We marked that car completely off our list.

When we arrived, two salesmen approached us together to ask how they could help. As soon as we mentioned the car we were interested in seeing, one of them (Houston?) turned and practically ran off to somewhere else while the other was calling his name. The second salesman went and retrieved Houston and brought him back to help us.

Buying a vehicle or getting it serviced can often be a long, stressful, and grueling process. I’ve done business with Nissan of Cool Springs over the last couple of years and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. The sales reps are kind and patient, the service department is efficient and thorough, and the parts department is very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to trade in my 2011 Rogue for a newer 2016 Rogue last week. Bishoy was our salesperson and he rocked it. I had two small kiddos with me and everyone who was part of the buying process was so sweet to them. I love my new car and I will continue to do business with this dealer. I highly recommend them for anything Your Nissan might need.

After locating a used (non-Nissan) vehicle listing from a third-party car listing site, we contacted Nissan and asked about the vehicle to do some preliminary negotiating, since it was not local to us. We were told that the price was as low as it could go, that they were already losing money on it, blah, blah, car dealer talk... We had other vehicles to check out in the Nashville area, so we made the 3.5-hour drive and stopped to look at it anyway.
