Now because Toyota was not able to properly diagnose my vehicle and didn't take the proper steps in fixing it like we discussed when I brought it in I am having trouble selling it!

I took it to another shop and guess what the transmission is bad I do not believe Toyota was incapable of determining that, they did leave my engine cover off the vehicle when they said it was ready so maybe they don't know how to look at a transmission.
Nothing but amazing costumer service. Celeste and Greg Cole! AHH! Those two. DREAM TEAM! They took care of me like I was family.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle this summer with Tory as our sales representative. He was knowledgeable and down-to-earth, which eased the new-car-buying process. We bought a vehicle and then noticed a few issues with the paint, and Tory went above and beyond to accommodate our concerns. He had the body shop work on it, and when they weren’t able to totally fix the issue, he swapped the car for us with no hesitation. Amazing customer service. We look forward to working with Tory again in the future.
I paid around $160 for a diagnostic fee and Toyota told me a lot less than the transmission shop that didn't charge me because they didn't do anything to the vehicle.
Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences at Toyota of Cool Springs. This applies to the purchase of my vehicle about 2 years ago as well as all the service appointments since that time. They provide a very comfortable environment while you wait and my service advisor, Ray, stays on top of things!

I have an older vehicle and when I took it in I was told they would walk me through the repair process and that I would make a judgement call on if I wanted everything fixed or if I want to stop after the vehicle was up and running. They told me they would get my approval before making changes to the vehicle.
My husband and I experienced car trouble on a road trip and took his Tacoma to this dealership. The staff was amazing, specifically Ray & Savannah. They took our truck in and told us it might be the end of the day (it was a Saturday) or it could be Monday, which we were fine with, as they were very busy. They very quickly gave us a rental car and we headed down the street to Starbucks to kill time before we checked into our hotel. Before we could finish our coffee, Ray called us and told us the truck had been fixed and there was no charge for the repair. When we returned to the dealership, he also informed us there was no charge for the rental car since we had it such a short time
Will never purchase another car from anyone else.
The thing that is really infuriating me right now is that I have these issues with the vehicle that they should have fixed knock sensor and oxygen sensor. They should have been able to tell me the transmission wasn't working.
All this to say, we **HIGHLY** recommend this dealership for any Toyota needs you might have. As out-of-town visitors who had suffered several hours of anxiety and worry, we were provided amazing service and support by the staff. Very rare nowadays.

They had my vehicle for an extended amount of time and my advisor Ray told me the the the mechanic was working on other cars while my car needed to be fixed. Clearly everyone needs a car for transportation and they clearly knew I needed the car. Then they quit getting my approval for repairs and put some parts on the vehicle that they didn't even ask me about spark plugs and an ignition coil. They told me the oxygen sensor and knock sensor we're bad so I was going to have them fix that too if they were going to charge a reasonable price. They called to tell me that my vehicle is ready while it still needs an oxygen sensor fixed and a knock sensor then they said that they would look at my transmission if I wanted to bring my vehicle in a 3rd time assuming I let them work on it again to fix the things they already knew were wrong with the vehicle.
Not only did they save us money, but Ray & Savannah calmed us down after many hours on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Ray told us how he simply wanted to help us if he could (which he did) and that he treats people as he wants to be treated.
